Shipping Information
All orders are shipped from Switzerland with a tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
During busy periods (e.g. new stock drops or events), processing times may be slightly longer. Any delays will be communicated on our website and social media channels.
Shipping Time
Delivery times are generally:
- Switzerland: 1–3 business days
Delays may occur due to postal services, especially during peak periods.
Shipping Costs
We offer the following shipping options within Switzerland:

Photocards: CHF 2.90
→ Free shipping on orders over CHF 60 -
Albums / Parcels: CHF 8.00
→ Free shipping on orders over CHF 100
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Important Notes
- The shipping method is determined based on the size, weight, and contents of your order
- Orders containing albums will be shipped as parcel shipping
- If your order exceeds the limits for letter shipping, it will automatically be upgraded to parcel shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the order is incorrect or defective.
Tracking & Responsibility
All orders include tracking.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
However, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier if needed.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a package is returned to us, the customer must cover reshipping costs.
Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Please take photos before opening
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not claimed or cannot be delivered and is returned to us:
- The order will not be refunded automatically
- Reshipping costs must be paid again by the customer
