Refunds & Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind.
All sales are considered final unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a resolution, please provide:
- A video showing the unboxing of the package
- Clear photos of the item and damage
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate solution will be offered.
Photocard Condition Policy
Minor imperfections are common in photocards due to manufacturing, handeling and the nature of being secondhand.
Scratches, marks, or indents must be clearly visible to the naked eye from a distance of approximately 20 cm under normal lighting conditions to be considered damage.
We do not guarantee flawless condition unless explicitly stated.
Non-Returnable Items
Items are not eligible for returns or refunds if:
- The product description or images clearly state existing damage
- The condition is visible prior to purchase
All such sales are final.
Albums (Sealed & Unsealed)
We do not accept returns or refunds on albums.
Album packaging (including outer boxes, sleeves, and covers) is often delicate and may show minor dents, scratches, or manufacturing imperfections even when sealed.
These do not qualify as damage and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
By purchasing an album, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Minor packaging imperfections may be present
- Sealed items do not guarantee perfect outer condition
Returns or refunds will only be considered if:
- The wrong item was sent
- The album is significantly damaged (beyond minor cosmetic imperfections)
